Policy & Terms

Tripy Guru – Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Requests
    Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of booking the package. However, cancellations may not be entertained if the booking details have already been shared with our partner hotels, transport vendors, or other service providers, and arrangements have been initiated.

  2. Non-Cancellable Services
    Tripy Guru does not accept cancellation requests for non-refundable bookings, However, refunds or rescheduling may be considered if the customer provides valid proof of poor service quality from the supplier's end.

  3. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Services
    In case of any defective or poor travel service (e.g., vehicle breakdown, accommodation issues), please report the issue to our customer support within 24 hours of occurrence. We will coordinate with the service provider to resolve or compensate accordingly.

  4. Mismatch of Expectations
    If the travel experience or service provided is significantly different from what was promised, you must notify our customer care team within 24 hours of service availing. After reviewing the concern, our team will make an appropriate decision.

  5. Manufacturer Warranty
    For third-party services or activities that come with an external warranty (e.g., equipment rentals, adventure gear), kindly contact the respective provider directly.

  6. Refund Timelines
    Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Tripy Guru – Travel Policy 

  1. Booking & Confirmation:
    All bookings are confirmed only after receiving a minimum advance payment.

  2. Cancellation & Refunds:
    Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if any) are subject to cancellation charges as per the package terms.

  3. Itinerary Changes:
    Tripy Guru reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) without prior notice.

  4. Travel Documents:
    Guests must carry valid ID proof and required travel documents. We are not responsible for entry denials due to invalid documents.

  5. Liability:
    Tripy Guru is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the trip caused by natural disasters, accidents, or third-party service providers.

  6. Payment Terms:
    Full payment must be completed before the start of the journey. Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, UPI, or cash.

  • Permits & Entry Fees: Inner line permits and entry tickets for sightseeing points as per the itinerary.

  • Travel Assistance: 24/7 support from the Tripy Guru team throughout the trip.

  • Guide (if applicable): Local guide services included for select destinations or on request.

Exclusions

  • Airfare/Train Tickets: Not included unless specifically mentioned in the package.

  • Meals Not Mentioned: Lunch, evening snacks, and beverages are not part of the package unless specified.

  • Personal Expenses: Includes laundry, phone calls, room service, minibar, shopping, and tips.

  • Entry Fees: Charges for activities, monuments, adventure sports, or sightseeing points not listed in the inclusions.

  • Travel Insurance: Not included; guests are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.

  • Medical/Rescue Costs: Any emergency medical or evacuation expenses during the tour.

  • Cost Due to Delays: Any additional costs arising due to weather conditions, strikes, flight/train delays, or roadblocks.

  • Extra Services: Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions” is considered excluded.
